WHAT CLIENTS ARE SAYING

“In the Fall of 2021, I onboarded two brand new assistant principals. After having had the privilege of working under the tutelage of Dr. Rux as my former principal, I knew that RUXway Inc. was what we needed to crystallize our
varied experiences and support us in charting our course forward. Dr. Rux’s intentional practice of authentic listening allows school leaders to have a quality sounding board for their thoughts and ideas. The result was consistent concrete actionable feedback that positively impacted the current needs of our school community.”

- Dr. Shonelle Hall, Brooklyn Principal

“It’s essential that school leaders prioritize building relationships. Building relationships is at the core of a successful sustainable collaborative learning community. Dr. Shawn Rux gets that.”

- Kim Hill, Queens Principal
